Robert Morris, CEO Mr. Morris brings 15 strong years of sales, sales management, marketing and operations experience to Elevated Resources. He has a diverse background in technical infrastructure, software, hardware, and professional and technical services within both entrepreneurial and global environments. After graduating from the United States Air Force Academy, he served as a Space Acquisition Officer, where he developed key operational spacecraft requirements, designing and implementing new Information Technology techniques later chosen as a United States Air Force Best Practice. Rob left the Air Force with the rank of Captain, and became Director of Product Strategy for PeopleMover, Inc. a leading venture-backed developer of Internet-based, enterprise workforce management. He developed software or staffing, consulting and professional services firms including CSC, Modis, and BEA. PeopleMover was later acquired by Opus360. In 1999, he was named Vice President of Operations and Technology for Net-Strike Worldwide, a $140M staffing subsidiary of Ernst and Young. In this role, he was responsible for customer fulfillment, long-range design and implementations of the technology platforms, business measurement and various analysis and technology strategies. He has added to his Air Force Academy B.S. in Management and General Engineering with an MBA degree from Loyola Marymount University with a focus on Management Information Systems Development and International Business Strategy.
Bruce Ferguson, Founder Bruce Ferguson has over 25 years of operational management experience emphasizing a collaborative and decisive style. He has extensive experience in planning and managing for growth and has been called an innovator, risk taker and visionary change agent, helping organizations achieve their Talent Acquisition goals. As the CEO of the So.Cal. Group, he brought new dimensions of client service and innovative approaches to the business. As Chief People Officer at Exult, Inc., the first full service HR business process outsourcing company, his leadership provided across-the-board HR service delivery to Global 500 companies. His team delivered human and intellectual capital identification, process re-engineering, and offered a recruiting footprint of approximately 50,000 hires annually.
Bruce has held several positions of increasing responsibility at Ernst & Young's consulting services division. He has a proven record of sound fiscal management, team development and results driven success. Bruce earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin. He has served as the cochairman for the Human Resources Metrics Consortium and has authored a number of chapters and articles on the essentials of HR BPO and creating an effective BPO model. He is a frequent speaker at colleges and universities on leadership development and career aspirations.
