Why are we selling this service offering? It was developed out of recent trends for companies need to consolidate their IT staffing suppliers. This trend is pressuring our traditional Professional Services business to work through a centralized procurement office or a vendor on premise—and not directly with the hiring IT managers. Some of your largest customers may have already centralized their vendor list or chosen an on-site supplier to manage subcontractor staffing requests. Typically these Vendor on Premise programs or VOPS are sold through our clients Procurement or Human Resources Departments—both are areas in which Elevated Resources does not have strong relationships.
