◆ SDVOBE CertifiedClient stories

Programs we run, in our clients’ words.

Our clients have included Kaiser Permanente, Delta Dental, Avantor, Green Dot, NETSCOUT, TheRealReal, Glovis, Rochester Electronics, and ICP. Here are four programs, with the challenge, what we did, and what changed.

MSP + technology

From a manual tracking program to a governed 2,000-person talent pool

Discipline
MSP on Altitude Workspace, powered by Elevate VMS
Scale

“We were managing a contingent talent pool of over 2,000 people using a manual tracking program. With Elevated Resources and their technology partner, we now manage resources and fill positions in record time.”Melissa James, VP of Operations

The challenge

More than 2,000 contingent workers were tracked by hand. Nobody had real-time visibility into who was working where, requisitions depended on email and memory, and every fill started from scratch.

What we did

We stood up a managed program with a dedicated program manager, consolidated the supplier panel behind a single requisition workflow, and moved the whole talent pool onto the platform, including credentials, time capture, and consolidated invoicing, with executive dashboards for operations leadership.

The result

Operations leadership now manages the talent pool as one governed program, with positions filled in what the sponsor calls "record time." Across our MSP programs, average time to fill is 21.4 days. Detailed program metrics are shared under NDA during program reviews.

Strategic subcontracting

An outsourced subcontracting model that lowers operating cost

Discipline
MSP, strategic subcontractor management
Scale
60 suppliers consolidated to one invoice
Sponsor
SVP, Workforce Management, enterprise client
Our team
Program Manager and Supplier Relations Lead, 10+ years each
“By using Elevated Resources as our outsourced solution for strategic subcontracting management, we have a highly effective, cost-efficient staffing model that drives down our operating costs.”Mark Hatfield, SVP of Workforce Management

The challenge

Subcontracted labor was spread across many vendors with different rates, terms, and compliance standards, which drove up cost and made oversight hard to scale.

What we did

We took on subcontractor management as an outsourced function: supplier onboarding and credentialing, rate governance, performance scorecards, and one consolidated weekly invoice, run by a tenured program team.

The result

Sixty suppliers now bill through one consolidated invoice. The client describes the result as a highly effective, cost-efficient staffing model that drives down operating costs, with one accountable partner in place of a fragmented vendor base.

Program Manager and Compliance Specialist
“ER always provides on-time responses, very effective actions, and great help when needed. The team demonstrated a very high level of professionalism.”Amjad H., Sr. Cyber Risk Management Architect, Delta Dental

The challenge

A regulated enterprise needed a contingent workforce partner that could meet strict security and risk expectations and respond quickly when business needs changed.

What we did

We run a managed service program with dedicated leads, documented operating cadences, and compliance controls that fit a regulated environment, and we escalate issues ourselves before they are raised to us.

The result

Stakeholders beyond procurement, including cyber risk leadership, cite on-time responses, effective actions, and a very high level of professionalism. Contract workforce compliance in programs like this one moves from a pre-program audit baseline, typically around 82%, to 100% by steady state.

IC Compliance + EOR

From 82% to 100% compliant contract workforce

Discipline
IC Compliance, with EOR for reclassified workers
Scale
Multi-state contractor population
Our team
Compliance Specialist and Classification Analyst, with attorney panel

The challenge

A first audit of the contractor population found roughly 82% of engagements defensible under the strictest applicable test. The rest were a mix of borderline cases and contractors who should have been employees.

What we did

Every engagement was scored against each applicable framework, borderline cases went to the attorney panel for a written opinion, and workers who needed to be employees were moved onto our Employer of Record without interrupting the work.

The result

A 100% compliant contract workforce at steady state, with seven-year records on every decision. Program details shared under NDA.
