Onboarding requirements
New suppliers typically take three to six weeks to onboard before the first requisition routes to them.
Certificates of insurance
General liability, workers’ comp, and professional liability where relevant, with correct additional-insured and waiver language. Renewals are tracked automatically.
Your providers
Background-check and drug-screening providers, payroll engine, E-Verify status, and any sub-tier suppliers. We don’t allow undisclosed brokering.
Certifications
MBE, WBE, SDVOBE, VOSB, and DOBE certifications are validated against the certifying body and count toward client Tier 2 reporting.
Payment terms, in writing
Payment terms are set in your supplier agreement before the first requisition routes to you. Approved time and invoices are consolidated through the platform, and remittance follows the agreed terms on a published cycle, with a named Supplier Relations Lead to call if anything is late.
